Care through pregnancy and beyond
Complete perinatal support
Comfort for Daily Life
As your body changes throughout pregnancy, chiropractic care can help support comfort through common aches, pains, and physical changes—so you can move through daily life with greater ease.
Movement & Function
Pregnancy can change how your body moves and loads. Care focuses on maintaining mobility, supporting balanced movement, and helping you stay active and functional throughout pregnancy.
Preparing for Birth
As your due date approaches, care can focus on maintaining pelvic and spinal mobility and preparing your body for labor. For those planning a VBAC, we can also incorporate specific strategies to support mobility and function as you prepare for birth.
Breech Positioning
When baby is breech, we focus on creating an environment where the pelvis and surrounding structures can move freely and comfortably. Chiropractic care cannot turn or “flip” a baby, but it may help optimize pelvic mobility and balance as you and your care team monitor baby’s position.
Postpartum Care
Your body continues to change long after birth. Postpartum chiropractic care supports your body as it recovers, helping address the physical demands of feeding, carrying, lifting, and caring for your baby while restoring comfortable movement and function.

Patient perspective
Pregnancy care, in a patient’s words
I started seeing Dr. Lindsay during my second trimester and she helped address so many issues that I had during pregnancy like carpal tunnel and sciatica. I always felt relaxed during my appointments because she walked me through every step with ease and expertise. I have continued seeing her postpartum and it’s even more of a game changer. She is able to adjust areas that have been bothersome from holding a baby in certain positions for too long to relieving shoulder and neck pressure from bad sleep positions. Seeing Dr. Lindsay has been pivotal in my prenatal and postpartum journey and I’ve been so thankful being under her care!
