Pediatric Chiropractic Care
Gentle Care for Growing Bodies
Children’s bodies are constantly growing, adapting, and developing. Gentle chiropractic care can support healthy movement and function throughout these important stages.
Pediatric care is very different from adult care. Techniques are adapted to a child’s age, size, development, and individual needs, using light, gentle contact rather than the same techniques used with adults.

Why Parents Seek Pediatric Chiropractic Care
Families may seek chiropractic care to support:
- Healthy movement and mobility
- Developing posture and coordination
- Muscle and joint comfort
- Recovery from everyday bumps, falls, and physical activity
- Head-turning preferences or movement asymmetries
- Comfort during periods of rapid growth
- Feeding or latching challenges in newborns
- Overall musculoskeletal and nervous system function
Supporting Newborns During the Early Days
Newborns go through a tremendous transition during the first weeks of life. Sometimes parents notice that their baby consistently prefers turning their head to one side, has difficulty getting comfortable in certain positions, or is struggling with feeding or latching.
A gentle assessment can look at how your baby is moving and whether musculoskeletal restrictions or positional preferences may be contributing to difficulty getting comfortable during feeding. Chiropractic care can be used alongside your pediatrician and lactation consultant when additional support is needed.
Care That Grows With Your Child
From newborns to active kids, care is always age-appropriate and gentle. The goal isn’t to force the body into a position, but to assess how your child is moving and help support balanced, comfortable function as they grow.
A parent’s perspective
Dr. Lindsay is such a breath of fresh air for this momma. She has helped me in so many ways, helping with pains and aches I’ve had for a while. The office always gets me in a timely manner. And Dr. Lindsay has adjusted my children as well. I don’t feel like I’m rushed out of the office, and can describe exactly what’s been going on and feel like my physical concerns are heard and addressed.
